Die Outdoor Möbel vorm Zimmer sind notdürftig

The property has a great potential, it is well located, it has a nice view on the top of a hill, it is a big property with plenty of space. However, it is not maintained nor managed well and we had a bad experience.

They gave us a room which was just not suitable for any guest. The main shower head was not working, so on the first day we had to shower with the little secondary shower head which was almost impossible to use if you are tall. The shower water temperature was changing suddenly from extremely hot (I burnt myself) to cold. Also, they gave us a disabled room, even if we didn’t asked for it, which meant that after the shower the bathroom floor was flooded with water. So, having a shower was very uncomfortable. However, this was not the worst part. One of pillows had a very strong smell of person (clearly it was not a clean pillowcase) and we found a hair on the bed sheets. Finally, there was a ceiling shelf out of place, displaying the air conditioning system and its pipes. We complained about all these problems and we asked to change room. However, they didn’t change it without any explanation (even if the property has so many rooms), they just changed the pillowcase and more or less fixed the shower the next morning. They never put the ceiling shelf back in place. Another negative aspect was that the mattress and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was not great, average, with little savoury selection and just many cakes (they seemed prepackaged, not home made). The staff was fine, but not very helpful nor attentive to the guests needs. In conclusion, we live in Sardegna and we travel a lot during our time off, this was by far our worst experience in Sardegna and we definitely don’t recommend it!

Bellissima struttura immersa nella natura.Ottima qualità e varietà della proposta culinaria ( abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione) . Ottima anche la colazione per qualità e quantità. Staff sempre molto gentile e cordiale.

Migliorabile il vino bianco della casa.

Frühstück wurde reichlich angeboten, auch Kaffee, Cappuccino etc. viel Obst süße Speisen, Brot, Aufschnitt Das Abendessen war sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich, der Hauswein war vorzüglich, Die Kellner alle sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, schnell im Bedienen! Großes Kompliment an das ganze Personal! Sie waren höflich, aufmerksam und professionell! Die Landschaft und die Sicht im Hotel waren hervorragend! Man war ständig inmitten der Natur!

was am Frühstücksbuffet meiner Meinung fehlte, war ein Toaster um das Brot zu toasten

einfach alles! Service, Personal, Aufmerksamkeit, die Lage, die Natur, Das Essen war immer frisch und abwechslungsreich genügend Parkplätze! entzückender Esel und die süßen Schaafe

nichts.
