La Rotonda Aparthotel

The flat was clean and tidy on arrival and kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom appeared to have been modernised, clean and bright. Having washing machine useful for having clean towels. Plenty storage and wardrobe space. Spacious double room and lounge. Lawrence did give us his mobile number as main contact which was helpful

No restaurant or bar as advertised. Would definitely benefit from an information pack within rooms re supermarket's, transport, and having someone at reception. Air-conditioning didn't work in bedroom and we had to use bathroom towels to catch the drips of water and couldn't be fixed during our stay. Sitting room Air-conditioning also didn't keep place cool. Unfortunately the Air-conditioning contributed to uncomfortable stay whilst inside. The beds definitely need replaced as could feel springs in mattresses. Our room looked onto main roundabout which was very busy and noisy. Parasols at pool would be good for shade. I wouldn't class accommodation as Aparthotel, I think self contained apartment would be more realistic description. Beding sheets or towels weren't changed for the full week we stayed and no cleaning of apartment during out stay, hence my comment about advertised Aparthotel. Definitely needs modernising throughout.

Great communication with our host Lawrence, who went out of his way to make our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The rotunda is perfectly located with easy access to the beach and the strip. Will definitely be back and most certainly recommend.

Apartment was clean and spacious, pool area was quiet and pool was lovely. However this is not an Aparthotel, the restaurant and bar has not reopened since covid, therefore this should be stated.

The manager Lawrence was awful. His attitude was terrible, very rude and constantly asking for extra money for things. DO NOT book transfers through him, he offers a better rate and my family were caught out paying way over for the journey. We had to pay Lawrence the cash and other passengers paid the driver cash, less than what we paid. When I asked him about this I was sent very nasty WhatsApp messages that I had to block him to stop the messages. Wish we had of read the trip advisor reviews before booking as we would not have booked here.

Our host Lawrence was very good humoured and very helpful. The accommodation was spotless and well maintained.

Our apartment was facing a road and some nights were very noisy.

It was a great location It was clean fresh and well laid out Lawrence was helpfull friendly and always on hand
