We were just passing through as we had arrived by eurostar late. It's very close to the station, and was clean and comfy. Our room was quite small but that was fine as we were only there one night. The day receptionist was lovely and so were the brilliant cleaners who helped when the luggage lockers were all full and helped with the luggage when we returned with the hire car the next day. If staying any length of time, probably best to choose a bigger room.

The night receptionist was a little unfriendly and left us and other guests outside when we arrived until she was ready to deal with us, and the shower door was really difficult to close without bending over and wrestling with the bottom track.
