Good location, lovely hotel, friendly staff

Location a little way from the old town, easy walk if it’s not raining!

The staff were extremely helpful. The air conditioner was faulty - the staff were very apologetic and provided 2 fans for the room.

I loved Bypillow the bloom. It had everything you needed. It had a modern feel and the rooms were clean, cool and maintained to a high standard. The beds were very comfortable and I found it to be faultless. Our beds were turned down everyday, bathroom spotless with a fresh supply of tea and coffee. The hairdryer was very powerful I find some hotels hairdryers rubbish and I always usually take my own. If you only have 10kg luggage leave yours at home. We were attending a wedding quite a way out I contacted the hotel before my departure to make sure they could organise a taxi for us… the promptly replied and arranged a taxi to the venue and for our return flight. I would definitely recommend and would return in the future.

We loved the location. The shower had excellent water pressure and temperature.

We absolutely did not like the 38cm pillar in the middle of our room and the sink next to our bed and totally separate from the shower/toilet. The plastic Imitation carpet Was uncomfortable to bare feet.
