The staff were kind and very fast at check in

There were so many homeless people around the hotel just yelling things at us. I know that's not something they can help, the hotel is in a bad spot. When we were leaving there were alcohol bottles all over the place. It just feels very unsafe there

The gentlemen at the desk was very nice. He was a pleasure to deal with. The room was dirty and had bugs crawling on the floor. The room was supposed to be non-smoking however it reeked of pot and cigarette smoke. The bedspread had cigarette burns on it. The bathroom area had not been cleaned. The sink looked like it was being held up with some scrap lumber. Their advertised of being recently remodeled is a joke to say the least. Won't be coming back here ever. Many years ago this was a nice place to stay. Not anymore.

"Waiting on a refund"

I didn't stay myself actually, and my booking through Booking.com was for my homeless granddaughter,

Im hoping to get a refund because my Granddaughter didn't use the room, apparently she and boyfriend who already had a room there were not renewed because of disturbance they repeatedly caused due to the two of them arguing and yelling at each other. Which i didn't know when I booked the room.

"No-smoking room smelt like cigarettes "

The overal stay was okay. The service staff were very nice and the check in went smoothly. However the room was not cleaned throughly with burn marks in the bed sheets and hair still in the sink. The room we were in was also a non-smoking room but smelt as if a pack a day had been smoked in there for years. However the location and price were attractieve and the stay went withou any hickups
