I did not like the bugs and the staff .. i left the same day. Not even 1 wash cloth in the room . When i notified staff of the bugs and filth she smiled and said yes ok. I was not a happy camper. No accommodations were made to rectify the situation. No refund was even given

This hotel was raggedy. When we got to our room it smelled so musty because the air was off. Although the room was a non-smoking room, it still smelled like smoke. The bed was uncomfortable and there were cigarette burns in the blanket. The towels towels didn’t look clean enough either. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The only thing good about this place was the lady at the front desk. She was very nice.

The room was never cleaned in 2 days.

I never stayed. Returned keys and canceled. I sent noticed to booking and booking is pretending the dispute never happened. Horrible roach infestation as soon as you open doors and turn on lights. Charged. Canceled. Then recharged. I didn't do that. I never authorized the second charge. I did request the refund. Walked outside all night 2 nights (zero sleep or rest) because my money is just hobe

ROACHES AND RECHARGED AFTER CANCELATION. PUT MY LIFE AND HEALTH IN DANGER.
