The property has a great view and location. Staff reaction to problems terrible. The pipe of our bedroom jacuzzi broke, causing a terrible flood in our bedroom. They had to cut the water and make repairs and clean which ruin our night and the reservations we had. The manager was very rude and zero empathy about all the situation

"Beautiful room in a great location!"

Beautiful hotel perfectly located to explore Fira and access to busses or rental vehicles. Room was adequate size, clean and had an exceptional view of the caldera. Breakfast was delicious and also overlooked the caldera. Staff were extremely helpful and were willing to assist in making many reservations. Although we had checked out, the front desk held our luggage all day and gave us towels so that we could shower before leaving for our ferry transfer. Since we had gone horseback riding this was such an amazing bonus!

The views were beautiful….the staff was very friendly and helpful….the rooms were very clean and were a nice size… step outside i The hotel and you have shops and restaurants….overall great experience!!!!
