More variety for breakfast would be good. I liked that the staff was friendly and helpful

When i was checking out the front desk clerk appeared to send a staff member to check the room. My Spanish is very limited so I based this on what I saw, could have been wrong so it left a funny feeling.

The room was comfortable and quiet.

With the exception of the maid and the server at breakfast, the staff was not friendly. The eggs were not cooked properly and they were runny. The eggs were too cold.

Room was large, very nice and modern, recently renovated. Bathroom was very large and nice

Street noise. Lots of honking. And even though the windows are new, they have only single glass, and I heard every horn on the street. Ok late at night, but I used ear plugs in the mornings. I was charged an smount in soles that was more than the dollar amount quoted on my reservation. Upon complaining, they reimbursed the amount and charged me the right dollar amount. The difference was 10 USD.

Todo estuvo genial, pero en especial el trato de la camarera Pamela, muy gentil, en la limpieza A1, organizada en detalle y tuvo gestos muy lindos. Que me hicieron sentir como si estuviera en casa.

La ubicación y precio

Cana no tenía sabana superior, solo la sabana bajera y un cobertor delgado. La puerta del baño es muy incomoda, podrían incluso colocar una corredera, quedaría más cómodo.

la ambilidad del personal de recepcion, del joven del restaurante. muy amable y predispuestos a solucionar mi incomodidad.

mi habitacion la 702 era muy ruidosa, estuve con una bebe de 5 meses y no pudimos dormir bien debido a la bulla del piso de arriba se escuchaban los tacos las cosas que se caian, tambien la bulla de los carros ya que justo estaba en un interseccion de semaforos y se escuchaba el ascensor cada vez que alguien paraba en el piso 7. ademas que estaban haciendo trabajos de mantenimiento y mi bebe se despertaba por los martillasos y taladros.

Muy buena atención, limpieza, ambiente y personal súper amable.
