The Escape Inn

This was a solid option for the location and price point. The owner (who was on site) was very friendly and helpful with a few questions I had. The room was very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend the property to visitors to the area.

The only minor issue was that the split-ton AC/heat pump unit created a moderate vibration and noise when kicking on, as it is mounted just outside the window of the room. I quickly adapted to it, and it was like white noise while sleeping. Only note if someone has noise sensitivities or small children, you may want to request a first-floor room, which may not be an issue.

I thought the breakfast was good. There was a good selection. Talked to the owner who was very nice. Room was very clean.i would recommend this place. Price was very good.

It was very clean and nice decor. Great location. Owner is very nice and pleasant.

The only thing because we are a little older and have our aches and pains, the couch is low and I couldn’t use it. Would have been better If it was normal height so I could have used it.

Clean room nicely decorated very cape codish . Pool excellent ,and grounds meticulously cared for by Nelson . Bed was very comfortable . The location was very convenient . We also liked the convenience of keyless entry .

Had issues with watching TV . We had issues to watch anything . Possibly due to earlier tenant . Chris finally solved problem but we were not familiar with fire stick usage . near the end of our stay was more able to navigate it's usage

The breakfast was underwhelming The only good thing was the coffee.

The staff did no cleaning or refresh of the room. We had to empty our own trash and ask for clean towels And more toilet paper and tissues

Cleanliness, friendly owner, beautiful pool area. location to Dennis beaches!

Everything! Very clean continental breakfast delicious! Close to town and beaches. Owner is great!!
