Happy, helpful staff. Ordering from restaurant took some time, average food. My room was very noisy. I did mention this to one of the staff. After it rained which was nightly, there must have been some trees overhanging the bathroom roof which had part polycarbonate on it. Whether it was the rain drops or the raindrops from the trees dropping onto roof, which ever, it made it extremely noisy for hours after. I had to use earplugs every night as the roof kept popping and cracking. I found the hotel too far away from the main streets of Ubud, however the shuttle was available and frequent. There was music been played from 8.30 in the morning to 9pm at night daily. The massage I had pre booked from home. nearly wasn't available for me upon arrival. I had to push for it even though it was booked 1 week in advance. Nice, tranquil gardens but can hear traffic from inside the room.

Overall ok for a couple of days! Nice courtyard...would prefer Resto be away from street, mais bon.

Highly recommend this hotel. Lovely staff, really friendly and helpful. Room was great and free shuttle into Ubud centre. We only stayed 2 nights but should probably have stayed longer to explore the surrounding area.

Stay one night before heading to Sideman. The experience was very pleasing.
