Spacious rooms - directly onsite for airport.

Rooms dated (overused) could do with an update. Check in staff werent really interested. Didn’t look or feel Upto the usual doubletree standards!

The room was attractive and comfortable, and the staff friendly, professional and welcoming.

Nothing I didn't like. I was apprehensive as I had spent the previous two nights at the Sunderland Hilton where I had been disappointed.

We wanted to relax with a drink and food. The bar was full to bursting but there was only one bartender serving. It took 20mins 4 3 drinks and that food would be 1hr +. Better service in w spoons.
