The location is excellent and very convenient. Kyoto Station (train and bus) is right in front of the property—about 300 meters away—and can be reached in just a 5-minute walk. The reception also offers a secure luggage storage area, allowing guests to store their bags before check-in or after check-out. This is a great bonus for guests who arrive early, as they can leave their luggage safely and return when the room is ready. Although the room is small , but it has washing machine. Beside, the room rate is super attractive. thank you so much. i will book again next time i come to Kyoto.

Location is very convenient, 2 blocks from the station. Room was small but confortable. The AC / heater worked really well. The spaces is good for one person, for two it would be a bit crowded.

There is no staff until late morning.
