Staff incredibly helpful however the property requires a complete refurbishment as the rug in bedroom is dirty, TV did not work constantly albeit outside of the power cuts. Toilet flushing had issues.

The location is close to the lakefront and the jacuzzi is very good although it is operational only for few hours. Food is very good

Very small rooms especially if you are 3+ . The food and extra bed is very expensive and they do not negotiate. Also it is NOT lakefront
