Efficient communication with the staff prior to our arrival regarding pick-up and drop-off from the airport. They gave us their number and we contacted them on arrival via viber. Pick-up service was there in 15 minutes after our viber message. This was an amazing service. Drop off was also great, although our flight was very early in the morning. The room was clean, the shared bathroom also. WiFi was good.

Beds were too soft for our taste.

Location and affordability. Restaurants around the property and a few minutes from NAIA airport. Helpful staff.

No elevator for old people or pwds, just stairs. Hopefully in the future it will accommodate.

Though its a budget hotel, the room was very clean and quiet, fast wifi, everything worked. Staff were super nice and very accommodating. Will stay again.
