Staff are friendly, properly is clean, breakfast was great. On the bad side the ac in the room leaked water and it showed long term water damage in room 612.

Room size and fittings, comfy bed, excellent WiFi, decent breakfast

Reception understaffed, long wait for check-in, no lift down to carpark so moving luggage a challenge, fitness centre a bit run down, overall decor is bland ... felt like I was staying in some kind of institution.

The confortable bed.

The air condionare does not work. It Was hot in the room. There is no enogh towels for two People. And the parking is separared from the rooms you have to cross the dangerous street I did not like that.

Great location near Parque de la Marimba, where you can enjoy beautiful live marimba music played by a full orchestra—it’s a wonderful experience. The rooms are clean, and there’s a small but well-equipped gym with a treadmill, bike, elliptical, and some dumbbells. Breakfast is nice, though I wish they had ketchup! Secure parking is available. The security guard was especially helpful, friendly, and spoke English. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk didn’t speak English, but she was still very kind and welcoming. Overall, a great stay.
