The place is as beautiful as advertised, if not more. Katerina's communication is top notch, and she is very helpful with anything leading up to and during your trip. This place is a true gem in Oia, and for an affordable price! We'll be staying here again our next stop in Oia

If you want to experience the famous Greek hospitality at its best, then this is the place to stay. Katerina the owner, Irini and Matilda are the sweetest, nicest persons we met. They were so helpful and accommodating, and they made our stay memorable. We stayed in Hercules villa, two bedroom cave house and it was perfect. The villa is on a great location, in the middle of Oia, close to everything. The house was very nice, had everything you need for a long stay and very authentic. The balcony and the view was breathtaking! We felt like we were in heaven, literally! The balcony had a heated pool, so it was perfect for the kids as well. We will come back for sure, and definitely stay here again!

약간 오래된 시설이지만 비교적 관리가 잘 되어있고 무엇보다도 최고의 호스트의 배려와 도보로 산토리니 이아마을을 잘 즐길 수 있는 최고의 위치입니다. 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳이네요.

Beautiful cottages, perfect location, wonderful host, great views

What a lovely experience for us. I feel so lucky to have found this gem. The Host is the kindest person you will meet in Greece. This place is amazingly beautiful the view is breathtaking. It is a peaceful gateway right beside the lively Oia its shops restaurant sunset etc...

Our family of five people had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Katerina was an amazing host. She was very attentive and helpful with all our concerns. Plus we learned so much from her about the island. The view from the room was wonderful!!!! The room itself was clean and comfortable. We definitely recommend the apartment. Thank you again, Katerina, for your kindness.

Owner is amazing. Answers emails within hours even and at all hours. She is also super knowledgeable and helpful about ideas for your itinerary while there. She made great recommendations on places to eat, shop, see. She also sat down with us on the first day we arrived to go over the map, give us directions to places to go and even gave us a local cell phone to use to call her at any time if we had questions! Room was very nice with lots of space and the views are amazing. Its located centrally and close to everything. Definitely recommend it. She also has two other amazing apartments to rent. One was being cleaned between guests and she gave us a tour.

Our experience at Katerina's Ifestio Villas was beyond our greatest expectations. The cave house was amazing! We were so impressed with the decor, the beautiful furnishings, the authenticity, and the expansive patio with its breathtaking view of the caldera and the volcano. We spent many an hour sipping on coffee in the morning (compliments of Katerina) and wine in the evening watching the boats sail by. Our experience was further enhanced because of Katerina's knowledge of the area (what to do; where to go). When we arrived in Oia, Katerina was waiting for us and escorted us to the villa where she sat down with us and helped us plan our week. She had so many wonderful suggestions and then made arrangements for us - everything from booking our cruise on the Thalassa Sailing Yacht to arranging an excursion to Akrotiri. She even gave us a phone for the week so we could contact her at any time. She was always available and so friendly and genuine. She really wanted us to enjoy ourselves!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Katerina the owner/host gave us the information of the island via emails before we left US. She prepared everything for us when we arrived, even recommended daily itinerary. We felt at home, seriously. The hotel is close to many must see places at Santorini. We rented a car so it was convenient going to other villages. We had wonderful vacation at Santorini!
