"Os quartos precisam de reforma"

A pia estava com vazamento molhando o banheiro e o ralo do banheiro estava entupido. Solicitei o reparo feito no dia seguinte. A pia ficou boa, mas o banheiro permaneceu entupido. Precisava abrir o chuveiro um pouco e fechar esperando descer a água para não inundar todo o quarto. As paredes do quarto precisam de pintura nova!
