Rooms were clean and bathroom was nice

Rude and disrespectful lady in the reception who doesn't know how to talk with guests. Expensive for the service they provide. Small room. Bad view from the window. Didn't have tea/coffee and electric kettle in the room. You can't use the coffee machine unless you pay for your coffee (there is one coffee pod only for the first day to welcome you and after that you have to pay)

Parking was only small so our car could not fit in to it, this is NOT stated on the description. We also added that we had dogs on the booking.com site and then was spoken to in a harsh way when we turn up with our dogs.
