Friendly staff with good service

WiFi wasn’t working on our floor so I let front desk know before I went out for the evening came back about5 hours later and still wasn’t fixed had to call them again to come repair it this time.

It's easy to walk to railway station and night market from hotel. Staff is helpful. There's bus stop right in front tho bus frequency is high that taking bus is not recommended in Hualien.

This hotel has great staff but everything out just seems outdated. The room was humid and worn out. The breakfast was mediocre (everywhere else had a much better Taiwanese breakfast). The only redeeming quality was the size of the room but being so outdated, it was a big uncomfortable space. The hotel seems like it had its heyday in the late 90s, early 2000s.

Not as good as a typical 4 star hotel. I would rate it a 3 star. Considering the price it charges, it’s useful option for the area.

It’s a typical 3 star hotel in my opinion, definitely not a 4 star hotel as officially rated. So don’t expect too much in term of hotel conditions. Breakfast is also just so so, free parking behind the hotel is a plus though.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Comfy hotel and great location.

There was leakage in the shower room. We mentioned this to the staff and got it fixed within the day. The staff are very polite and helpful! Even offered courtesy bus with very polite driver!

Air con is too cold. No heater in winter. Room a bit old

Short taxi ride from train station. Walkable distance to night market.
