"駅に近いのが便利"

・予備校に向かい右折してガードをくぐり直ぐの横断歩道を渡ると札幌駅が近い ・北海道大学も近い ・近くに飲食店、コンビニが多い ・朝食が美味しい　またその際の飲み物として雪印メグミルクさんのソフトカツゲンも楽しめる

・エスプレッソマシンがロビーにあれば、到着時、あるいはホテルに戻った夕刻以降に一息付けたかも
