"Elegant and awesome place to stay, friendly staffs"

Me and my family are awed when we arrived. It was so elegant, staffs are very accommodating and hospitable. The place is very clean.

Our reservation included buffet breakfast but since the hotel had low occupancy they served us a la carte instead. It wasn't a big deal since it was still comp but they should not include buffet breakfast included on their expedia deal because people would expect.

"Nice Hotel"

A nice hotel with a great restaurant area. The only downside is it hasn't been fully repaired since the earthquake. There were several cracks and a couple of places where plaster was hanging off the wall in our room. Otherwise good service, very nice rooms and good breakfasts.

"Great for sloths!"

Pricey and pretty luxurious. A five minute ride away from the happening bit of Panglao, so not ideal for my funky 20 year old. Two lovely pools. There is a short distance between the hotel/pool area and the beach/pool2/dining area, so you can't jump out the main pool into the sea. In fact, I'm not sure places that are great for diving are great for running into the sea at all. This had its own little private beach, but like the other places I went nearby, the beach is shallow and turns to corally sea grass after a few strides. Free snorkel, free little kayak - all useful additions. They were very kind when my daughter was ill. Good for lovey dovey couples, families with young children, and very lazy people with money.

"Private and Visually Pleasing"

This was a nice resort, though I'd expect more for a 4.5 star rated hotel. Staff is excellent and very hospitable. They offer a shuttle to Alona Beach which is an added convenience. The food is decent. It would be nice if transportation to and from the hotel was included in the price of the hotel. While they offer hotel amenities, due to the check-in time, it's not feasible for single overnight stays.

"great place, terrible food"

Breakfast bacon was cooked to a crisp. Tasted like chips. Wonton soup noodles. Bad wonton, bad noodles and bad soup. The room is spectacular though.

"Exceptional"

Excellent. Its peaceful and relaxing. But if you want music, food and drinks and nightlife, its just 10 minutes away to Alona by shuttle or its a walking distance during the day.
