Baiyoke Ciao Hotel

We had the "family room" which was two rooms (each with their own bathroom) connected by a living room/kitchen. It was so spacious and wonderful. There were large windows with black out curtains. The staff was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was great for a small fee. We were given to keys which was very convenient. The location was prime- so many restaurants, massage places, 7-eleven, etc accessible walking distance and many sidewalks. Laundry was by item in the hotel but the desk informed me of a laundry place a building over that was very inexpensive by weight. I really appreciated the space and prime location and helpful staff.

There were a few minor things like the ac dripped a small amount of water and one ac made a clicking noise sometimes but overall, it was excellent!

Excellent location walking to restaurants, shoppings and public transportation. Staffs are kind and helpful.

Hotel is aged, room is big but sofa is super small and dent. TV is mini size , bathroom light is very dim, towels are spotty and dirty. I have to buy my own towels. Pillows are too soft maybe using a long time no change.
