The bedroom was excellent quality.

There was a major staffing issue due to the hotel hosting a wedding party a birthday party and being busy in their accommodation. A very lengthy wait for dinner service extending over an hour.

Zimmer lag im Nebengebäude- das wurde so vorher nicht erwähnt,Geruch und Temperatur im Zimmer unangenehm,Lärm durch Flugzeuge und Feiern,eingeschränkte Nutzung des Hotels durch Hochzeitsfeiern. Das Personal musste mehrere Feiern und den normalen Hotelbetrieb - also ein immenses Arbeitsaufkommen-mit wenigen Mitarbeitern bewältigen.Trotzdem waren alle freundlich.

"Pterrt property poor service"

Beautiful looking property but the staff are overrun. I messaged twice after booking to ask for a room upgrade with no response. On the day we arrived 8pm and had to wait in reception for 15 mins as reception was unmanned. To be told the receptionist had been in the kitchens. Booked in headed to the bar, again No one there. Had a meal booked for 8.45pm in the restaurant, starters and mains were lovely, we ate then waited 40 mins for someone to take plates and take desert order no one came, hubby gave up and went to look for someone to be told sorry but the kitchen is closed now. At checkout receptionist took key and seemed put out that I wanted to know the bill for the food and drink, just kept saying it would be taken from the card and emailed. I explained happy with that I just wanted to know how much. All in all an utter shambles. We would not go again.
