The guy at the front took 30 minutes to finally give me my key after telling me I already used my reservation. I booked the reservation on a Thursday for a Saturday stay and he didn’t want to let me stay! Actually argued with me and told me to leave until I requested a manager. Terrible experience.

La ubicación del lugar es buenísima por si vas de vacaciones a los parques, es un lugar tranquilo, no escuchamos ruidos, el aire acondicionado esta muy bien. En sentido general todo estuvo bien, relación precio-calidad esta bien.

Mi habitación era de 2 camas y una de ellas se hundía el colchón cuando uno se acostaba o sentaba, tambien hacia ruido. Solo estuve 2 noches entonces no me molesto mucho porque dormimos en la otra cama pero si vas por mas días si puede ser incomodo. Pienso que deben revisar las camas y si no esta en condiciones retirarla, es importante la comodidad y el descanso del cliente
