El hotel está ubicado lejano del centro, en un entorno muy bello. Rodeado de parques, bosques, senderos y el fiordo de Oslo con incluso una pequeña playa. En el barrio hay, dispersos, algunos negocios como estación de servicio, autoservicio. Para llegar al centro hay autobuses . La habitación, cómoda, grande, con todo lo necesario salvo frigobar. Durante todo el día está disponible en la recepción la posibilidad de servirse café, té y agua.

A pesar de ser un hotel 4 estrellas no tiene amenities como sauna, gimnasio, piscina, etc. El viaje al centro dura aproximadamente ( con la espera) 40 minutos. No brindan información turística.
