Location was amazing! Simple walk to everything needed

Breakfast was hit and miss

We sat at the rooftop restaurant where there were plenty of available tables. However, when we tried to order food, they refused to serve us, claiming that we hadn't booked a table in advance. I can understand not being seated in the first place due to a lack of reservation—it was our first time at this hotel, and we didn't know booking was required. But once we were already let in and seated, it makes no sense to refuse to serve us food and only allow drinks. We felt like we were being punished, even though we were staying guests at the hotel. It was a very unpleasant and disrespectful experience that completely ruined our evening, despite the rest of the hotel facilities being fine.

מקום מושלם! בית מלון עם כל מה שצריך ויותר. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת (גם לטבעוניים). נקי ומסודר, צוות קבלה מאוד נעים. אבל הדבר הכי טוב היא כמובן הטרסה - נוף עוצר נשימה, לא להפסיד גם נוף ביום וגם בלילה. מיקום נוח, כמה דקות ובתוך העיר העתיקה, חניה מסודרת עם שמירה. תודה רבה, המלצה חמה

חבל שיציעה לטרסה נסגרת בשעה 10 וחצי בערב, לא ידענו זאת ופספסנו. אבל זה מינוס קטן לעומת פלוסים ענקיים

המיקום מעולה, ממש מעל השער החדש של העיר העתיקה. המקום נראה מהמם מבחוץ ומבפנים יש מסעדה על הגג עם נוף מרהיב ואוכל איכותי הצוות שירותי ואדיב

החדר כנראה היה באגף הישן ודורש מעט שיפוץ

מקום מהממםם חוויה ממש. מיקום מעולה חניה מסודרת. חנינו והלכנו ברגל לכל מקום. המיקום מול השער החדש, קרוב לכותל, לממילא במרחק הליכה ברגל.
