Lord Residence

The apartment was situated in an inner courtyard.It consisted of 3 rooms(bedroom,bathroom and kitchen/sitting room).It was very clean and spacious.The kitchen had everything the you needed to live.The bedroom had a bed and a bedside cabinet.The bathroom had a small washing machine in it.Which l found very helpful! The only negative thing with the apartment was the internet.It wasn't the best! But,it could of been down to the heat (36 degrees C).I found the staff very friendly and helpful.I would be happy stay here again.

Airconditioning is not good

Great service and very good price!

We staid previously in Lord Residence and liked it, but this time got a flat with significantly lower standards. The air conditioning was a ridiculous and noisy box, improvised to send hot air through a tube that actually heated the room. The shower could not be attached to the wall since the fixture was broken and there was no shelf for shampoo etc. In short: room C 3.2 was fine while room C 4.2 was substandard and at a higher price with extra beds that we did not need. Ask to see the place before moving in!

There were a few kinks in the apartment, like the countertop in the kitchen was damaged, as well as the sink in the bathroom, the microwave oven had issues, etc. so that was a bit off putting, but overall it was a nice stay. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable despite the damages, and really close to pretty much everything; sights, markets, and night life. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here next time we visit Budapest.

Convierte location. Apartment rented as hotel with no dayli services. Old and unclean carpets,and furniture. Not recommended for foreigners.

No air conditioning. Asked the office she said there's a remote that controls it but she can't find the remote. I'm sure she made it up because there's no air conditioning unit in the apartment. There is however a strip club across the street where people stay out late and make a lot of noise which comes in very clear in the apartment.
