The rooms are great. Balcony and nice view into the greens. Very comfortable beds. Coffee machine and water boiler. It's quiet during the night. Good kitchen and good breakfast.

I was a bit disappointed that the staff was not able to organise a Taxi to the Train Station for me nor make an effort to find options or alternatives apart from suggesting the public bus. I stayed for 3 nights and ate 2 times at the Restaurant so I could be considered a valuable guest but was left on my own in order to reach my train. This is not the service I would expect from a 4 star hotel. I stayed at cheaper Hotels that offered a shuttle transport or made some effort to help. Next time I will consider a less reclusive place. Also I was charged twice. That never happened to me before.
