Staying at this establishment felt like a journey into a grand palace. The interior design is nothing short of regal, with every corner exuding elegance and charm. My room was exceptional, far exceeding my expectations in both comfort and tranquility. The peace and quiet provided a perfect retreat from the bustling outside world. The breakfast offerings were delightful, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. Overall, every aspect of my stay was impeccable. From the luxurious surroundings to the impeccable service, everything contributed to an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this splendid accommodation to anyone seeking a memorable and exquisite stay.

There is nothing remarkable to mention. Maybe the fact that there was no detergent for the dishwasher, probably should have asked.

The location is superb, the breakfast was nice but not special, apart from the pancakes, which were the best I had in Sweden. The atmosphere in the breakfast/dining room is very cozy. It was nice they have a fridge (with freezer) in the rooms, so we could store our drinks there and have picnics outside.

We were very disappointed, this is not worth the price, especially when it comes to cleanliness. We booked a double bed room, but got three single beds. When we double-checked the booking, it had a double bed in the pic, but when you “read more” it mentions four single beds, which is almost never the case with suites, so be careful with that. On our last night, they moved us to a supposed double bed room, but it was two single beds that didn't stay together. Cleanliness was poor, with yellow shower curtains, dirt in the bathroom, and dust elsewhere (the oven was in a miserable condition and it was difficult to see through the windows). Quite unflexible receptionist. At checkout, we were told to pick up our luggage by 16:00 as they would close and change the code, offering no help despite our ferry leaving at 22:00.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy hotel! The location was very good, basically right next to the Gotland Museum, and within minutes of the square, harbor, and shopping. The breakfast was great with seating in a picturesque room.

Vi valde hotellet och sviten för barnen skull, och de uppskattade den brokiga inredningen. Vi vuxna hade problem med mer eller mindre varje aspekt av upplevelsen: - dåligt utbud på frukosten - obekväma sängar, framförallt på nedervåningen där sängen knarrade även när ett litet barn vänder sig - tapeter som behöver lagas - hela stället känns som att man satt samman saker utan någon konsekvens i konceptet - känns slarvigt och ofärdigt - städningen är under all kritik — under fem nätters vistelse bestod all städning av tömning av sopkärl; ingen bäddning av sängar eller städning av toalett — diskmaskinen var inte tömd när vi checkade in — badrummet skulle behövt en ordentlig genomgång ju x dig

Väldigt mysigt, vi är jättenöjda. Bra frukost, spännande interiör.

The were bugs, shower could be better, some furniture fall apart and kitchen was not fully equipped.
