The hotel is very nice and the location is fantastic. However, be careful and make sure you receive the room category you actually booked and paid for. During our stay, there was confusion regarding our room assignment, and we ended up having to move rooms, which was inconvenient and disrupted our trip. While the staff were polite, the situation could have been handled better and with clearer communication. Overall, the hotel itself is enjoyable, but I would recommend double-checking your reservation details at check-in to avoid any issues.

I was very disappointed with this booking experience. The hotel had overbooked the rooms, and as a result, we were forced to change rooms during our stay. Booking.com said it was the hotel’s fault, while the hotel manager claimed it was Booking.com’s mistake. Neither party took responsibility. We had to stay in two different rooms over two days, which meant packing and unpacking our belongings every day. This was extremely inconvenient and disrupted our stay. I find the handling of this situation by both Booking.com and the hotel highly unprofessional. Based on this experience, I am no longer sure I can trust Booking.com for future reservations.

Charming boutique hotel steps away from the ocean. This hotel was the definition of excellent customer service. Lots of little "extras" that it is hard to find these days. They have complimentary golf cart service to local restaurants and the grocery store and a beautiful rooftop deck to watch the sun sets. Very good breakfast. Highly recommend!
