UPD: My initial review was emotional, but entirely factual. The room lacks air and the fireplace pillow smelled like a damp basement. You lied about my wife walking perfectly. She limped heavily and received two stitches on her knee that same day at مـصـحـة الأخـويـن Clinique Al Akhawayn. We have medical receipts. There was no blackmail. I paid for two nights, but we fled after one. I simply requested a room change or a refund ONLY for the second unused night. Your outright lies in the response only confirm that you absolutely do not care about your guests. ----------------- The worst riad: suffocation, a hospital visit, and complete staff indifference We stayed in Room No. 1 at Riad Villa Garance, and it is an actual suffocating trap. There is no ventilation at all. The only way not to suffocate is to open the window, which looks out into the covered courtyard, leaving you fully exposed to all passing neighbors. But even this didn't help; my family and I were literally suffocating from the lack of air. At night, some idiot started banging on our door. My wife jumped up in a panic and badly injured her leg on the sharp corners of the bed and table. As a result, we were forced to spend the entire next day in the hospital. In the morning, I asked the receptionist to either change our room or give us a refund just for the following night. We were refused: the girl stated she couldn't do it, otherwise "her boss would scold her". We had to move out urgently. I asked them to call a porter. They called one, but the riad didn't even think to cover his fee (a ridiculous 50 MAD) as a micro-compensation for this nightmare. There is no trace of the praised Moroccan hospitality at Riad Villa Garance. They absolutely do not care about their guests. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone - save yourselves, your nerves, and your families.
