Att jag fick hjälp med uppgradering av rummet, när det som jag tilldelades inte uppfyllde det som jag hade bokat. Personalen var mycket trevlig och maten var bra.

Att jag först tilldelades ett betydligt mindre rum än vad jag hade bokat. Men det löste sig efter lite överläggning och lite extra betalning.

The hotel location is excellent. It also has good cooperation with local activities providers whose services are amazing. I did snorkeling and jet ski with them and the experiences were good.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Nice clean rooms. The staff were very nice and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The buffet is acceptable, and dining at the hotel may be more cost-effective than eating elsewhere. The staff are polite and helpful, although some improvements can be made. One of the highlights is the pleasant view, as the hotel is located on elevated ground and offers attractive scenery.

The walls are EXTREMELY thin, and noise from neighboring rooms and bathrooms can be heard quite easily, which may affect comfort and privacy. The standard room is rather compact. In my opinion, the double bed is somewhat small for two adults and may feel cramped. The absence of drinking water in the minibar is not ideal. Slippers are also not provided in the room. We were assigned a room overlooking another wing of the hotel and an open restaurant area located only a few meters from our window. As a result, it was difficult to keep the windows open while maintaining privacy. The view consisted mainly of a white wall and a sky portion, which was not particularly pleasant. The hotel charges extra for pool towels, and fresh ones are provided every four days. This is not quite acceptable for a four-star hotel. The hotel does not offer luggage assistance.
