I had a very disappointing experience with this property, mainly due to their lack of communication and support. Unfortunately, my flight was canceled, so I was unable to arrive. I contacted the property in advance to explain the situation and kindly asked about the possibility of canceling or modifying my reservation. However, I did not receive any response at all. As a result, I lost both my flight and the full amount of my booking, without any flexibility or assistance from the property. While I understand that policies exist, completely ignoring a guest’s message—especially in an unexpected situation—is not acceptable. I would recommend this property to improve their customer communication and at least respond to guests, even if they cannot offer a refund. Overall, very disappointing experience.
