This place is run by a very nice family who will go out of their way to give great service. The room was nice. There are 2 pools. The top one is quieter.

一间非常basic的酒店，如果不是前台一位鹅蛋脸的头巾姑娘的笑容，这家酒店真是毫无亮点。唯一还好的是，酒店附近诊所、餐厅、咖啡、7-11都有。

We stayed at Lanta Manda in Aug, so low season, and it was just perfect: calm, perfect weather -it was sunny almost all week, staff very welcoming. Although lot of activities or stores are closed at low season, still all convenient restos, stores, etc. are close by and just waiting for you! The hotel room is simple but comfortable, and the bungalow is quite big (bed is quite very firm). Bathroom is very simple but hot water and toiletries available. The beach is 5 mins walk, cross the street and via a passage near the 7 eleven store. I recommend the 'Patty secret garden', resto near the hotel, to enjoy a very pleasant ambiance, great mango juice/shake, delicious green curry and pineapple fried rice! You can rent a motorbike at the hotel and visit the island and all the beautiful beaches. We also booked a 4-islands tour via the hotel and it was amazing (long trail boat as speedboat not working in low season)! Enjoy your stay at Ko Lanta!

Good size cottages, with separate shower partition in bathroom and aircon. Walk down the road and cut through Dive&Relax to Long beach rather than going along the road access. Negative start to our stay as we Initially arranged pickup by hotel tuktuk from pier, however this failed to show up so we took a shared one.

Pros: Large, clean rooms w/ fridge, electric kettle etc. Nice porch and large bed. Well functioning AC.Cons: Weird men hanging out behind the bungalows at night. Service was not very friendly. The pool had really strong chemicals. Also, there are better beaches further south of the island.

Really nice resort, the power went on the first night and we got a free upgrade the next morning, the staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you.

was as advertised, a small cabin style house in the jungle and close to the beach. pool was clean and pleasant. also close to good food and beaches. very minimalist, but in a good way. the wifi was fast and consistent so i could be away and stay in touch with the world. after a few days the A/C stopped working, so they gave us another key to move in next door, no problems! great location, GREAT price, i would definitely stay again! almost forgot, im not sure if it was an option (did not ask), but if you can choose 1 large bed instead of two beds pushed together, it will greatly enhance the experience :) after a few days, our beds kept separating and causing funny problems ;)
