"Has gotten too expensive for this hotel"

We spent 2 night here. We are return visitors and always enjoyed our stay. This time the room we received was wayyy too much for what we got. There was no balcony and no view. I wouldn’t have mind if the room was lower in price, but it was the same price as the rooms with a balcony and view. The room was clean, which is always happy to see.

I was so impressed when I walked into the room I took pictures. It was so comfortable and nicely designed. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We thought there would be more than a $5 voucher for breakfast. When we booked, it said breakfast was included. We had to go across the street to a restauraunt.

The AC system in the room was very loud.

"Great find in Old Town Cottonwood!"

This place was a fantastic spot for romantic weekend away. Clean new, comfortable. Great location, easy walk to all of old town Cottonwood. Going to back and stay, and use it as a base for visiting surrounding spot like Jerome, Clarkdale, Sonoma…

When we got to our rooms I thought this was awesome. Loved the large shower and decor. Cute little cottages behind us. However come time to sleep things went downhill. Bed was uncomfortable but the pillows were a total disaster. Either hard or lumpy. Such a shame that no extra effort has been put into this.

Perfect home base for a birthday getaway and wine tour! Staff was wonderful, rooms were comfy and had everything we needed. Great location and walkable to all the great bars and restaurants.
