the location is excellent however as with many properties in the area in direct flight path of jets landing and taking off at nearby airport - there is a night curfew for flights so quietens at night.

we were on one of the top floors which was amazing for a beautiful view but there is no lift so pack light.

Grounds were nice but the apartment was in very stale and old condition, it felt like staying in an old unused grandmas apartment. I would not stay here again.

Location across from the beach was great. The Beach Shack Cafe is the only close place to eat near by and closed mid afternoon. Unit was good up needed the dirty worn carpets replaced. Kid friendly but I probably wouldn't book again based on location of things to do.
