great hotel for the price. are not so great very noisey, busy and dirty. great staff.

Had reserved a few months in advance, (2 rooms) I had tried to call hotel to confirm my reservation a few days before (no one ever answered phone.) when we arrived they only found one reservation. I showed them my receipt from Expedia but that wasn’t enough. We had just flown in, so it was a little frustrating that my other family member couldn’t get her room. We left to eat (while manager looked for an email verifying my reservation. We came back in the evening (in between all of this , called Expedia, they were going to move us to another hotel, they also tried to reach hotel.) Finally thanks to the evening staff, they found the paperwork and we were given the other room. I wanted to thank them when we checked out, but it seems they thought I was going to say something different. I was glad it worked out. The manager never came out to apologize for the inconvenience. All of the other staff was very nice. There is a lot of construction going on right now, so getting in and out is a little challenge. Once the highway is fixed it will be nice. Would I give it another try? Yes, everyone deserves a second chance. Everything else was fine except the snag checking in.

The prorperty run out of water, and we couldn’t take a shower so we couldn’t come home nice and clean. This was wizard.

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel overbooked rooms, even though we had a reservation. It was a terrible experience. We had to fight tooth and nail for a room that’s bathroom didn’t work. After hours and hours of waiting did they have that room available. We couldn’t even get a refund because they overbooked. Never staying at this hotel ever again.

This property is away from any restaurants any nightlife, the hallways are poorly illuminated, HUGE POTENTIAL for an attack, rooms were extremely small and inconvenient not enough lighting, Bathroom was a disaster the shower stall had mildew dark. I feared for our safety overall experience was terrible.
