STN Apartments near Hermitage

Reliable company, very accommodating. Two notes: STN does not show online actual apartment as many other companies do Towels and bedding could've be of better quality. Otherwise, good value for money.

Lägenheten vi fick överensstämde ej med adressen på bokningen. Låg som tur på gångavstånd, så vi fick knalla i spöregn med resväskor. Incheckningen var kl 14(?). Vi kom dit 14.30. Städerskan var ej klar , bad oss komma tillbaka. Vi sa nej och gick in ialla fall, fick vänta i 45 min tills hon var klar. Trapphuset var under all kritik. Trappan gick i spiral, fast var formad som ett stort O och i mitten var det ett stort hål. Och varför nämner jag det, jo därför att det saknades trappräcken/ledstänger på många ställen och vi bodde 6 trappor upp och hade en femåring med oss. Hissen var inte alltid tillgänglig. Den största överraskningern var den hemlösa mannen som sov i trapphuset utanför vår dörr i stort sett. Sängen i ett av rummen var knäckt på mitten, så den kunde man inte sova i. Depositionen på 5000 rubel fick vi tillbaka först flera dagar senare pga tekniskt strul. Strykjärnet var trasigt.

Информация на сайте не полная. Очень не рекомендую с ними связываться. Жаль, что hotels.com размещает такие заведения. Сначала оформление заезда там, потом в другом месте. Хамство иложь. Формально они, возможно и правы, но создается впечатление, что это мошенники.

Main problem was that they did not gave me appartment at adress whocht I've ordered, it was very dissapointing, in the weather of -15, I ordered appartment near busstop, but they gave me appartment that was approccimatly in 15 minites of walk...

Bellissimo appartamento a poche centinaia di metri dall’Hermitage, caldo all’interno con termostati regolabili, arredi e infissi nuovi, bagno recentemente ristrutturato, lavatrice di ultima generazione, televisione HD in camera da letto con collegamento a YouTube e internet. Unico difetto le tubazioni degli impianti elettrici e idraulici a vista nel vano sala comune del palazzo, tuttavia si tratta solo di un luogo di passaggio.

Apartamento velho, movéis e camas velhas. Escadas para subir no apartamento nao tem nem piso. Área comum suja. Único ponto positivo é a localização.

We have arrived as planned at the time the company was informed by us to collect the keys and instead of the apartment we ordered and got confirmation for it we received a different one and were told that Apartment is in same area of Hermitage but the apartment was different and by their rules if it is ordered online the client gets the one which is available at the time of the arrival. It took us more than an hour to find it. The apartment was near to Hermitage at Milliyionnaya st but no public transport in the area at all (2,5 km). The apartment was not bad but the design seemed strange to us. There was no handle to close the entrance door. Just a lock. It took me a few minutes to close and lock the door. Heating - it is covered by the floor piles and window sill piles. So it was chilly in the room, though electric heaters were available and we used them round the clock. Hot water. Neither in the bathroom nor in the kitchen we could easily start the boiler. Automatically it did not work. Sometimes quite unexpectedly it worked and we tried to use that time to take shower. TV also was not good as the signal was poor and no picture sometimes was on the screen. We stayed just 4 nights and we were too busy with our programme at St. Petersburg to contact the office to make proper changes.

it was awful dirty bed covers mattress filthy hot plates worked when they felt like it pty my partner would not let me complain as she s Russian.most disappointing thing was we booked it as t said it was on Malaya moskya and t turned out to be a mile away. also wanted a ground floor if it was possible and ended three floors up which was not very good as had two knee replacements.
