L'hôtel est très bien situé et l'environnement très calme.

J'ai été surprise qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenseur. Je ne l'avais pas vu lors de ma réservation. Avec deux grosses lourdes valises à monter au deuxième étage c'était la "mauvaise" surprise. Mais ceci fut vite oublié car nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de l'hôtel et la literie était très bonne.

Un hôtel idéalement situé pour visiter Lyon sans se retrouver dans des embouteillages. Tramway à deux pas. Ambiance familiale et prestations très correctes.

"il faut changer de métier"

personnel très peu aimable on a l'impression de déranger la climatisation "elle est vieille alors commencez haut puis vous la baissez" et vous avez de la chance votre chambre en a une, en 2025!!! une seule serviette insonorisation nulle, on entend les gens parler petit dejeuner ça va si vous venez à 7h mais sinon ben vous mangez ce qu'il reste parking, oui on peut garer sa voiture dans une allée autour de l'hôtel le wifi je n'ai pas pu me connecter, réponse, "moi j'arrive à me connecter"
