Chegamos às 04 h. Tivemos que trocar de quarto, porque o primeiro disponibilizado não acomodava confortavelmente 3 pessoas. Conseguimos repousar as 05 h, e, embora tenhamos solicitado um late check-out, não fomos atendidos. Também achei a acústica ruim.

Ótima localização

Minha experiência no check-in foi muito negativa. Fui atendida pela recepcionista Samyris, que demonstrou falta de educação desde a nossa chegada, além de um atendimento demorado e pouco acolhedor. Outro ponto grave foi que ela recolheu o documento do meu companheiro para tirar uma cópia e não o devolveu. Apenas no dia seguinte fomos informados pela recepção de que o documento continuava lá. Considero essa situação uma grande falha, pois documentos pessoais devem ser devolvidos imediatamente após o procedimento. Espero que a gerência avalie esta situação e adote medidas para melhorar a qualidade do atendimento aos hóspedes.
