La posizione e la stanza. La consegna della chiave e della card.

Colazione senza cornetti (per chi mangia dolo questi) e per andarci si fa tutto il giro dell'hotel all'esterno; in camera niente acqua nel frigo (se hai sete o cerchi un distributore o vai al bar vicino).

Location very close to the highway, but this was convenient for us, since we arrived late. Very helpful person at the desk.

Communication by WhatsApp was confusing. We do not use this App, and it was by chance that i had installed it. Communication should be by regular mail or SMS, not by a special app that is used only by some, not all.
