"Disappointing to be in a comfortable bed when the rest of the unit wasn’t safe for customers."

The property is under construction. The bathroom sink was cracked, the bathtub is old with no hot water.

No hot water, air conditioning didn’t work. Employee walked into unit at 9am. Electric outlets were not secured.
