Location: the hotel is situated right in the centre of the city. The pedestrian street to the front is full of life and there are several dining and shopping options nearby. The old town is in walking distance too. Overall convenience: the room and the bathroom were spacious, clean and quiet.

Breakfast: the variety and quality of products served could be improved with minor changes. Apart from that we are very satisfied with the hotel as a whole and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kaunas.

Personalo darbuotoja pareikalavo atskleisti kreditinės kortelės numerį, nors už viešbutį buvo sumokėta iš anksto ir atvykimo metu buvo sumokėtas miesto mokestis. Tai neteisėta. Net norint taikyti depozitų sistemą, tokia informacija iš anksto turi būti paskelbta viešai.

Puikus pasirinkimas apsistojant Kaune tiek verslo reikalais, tiek poilsinei kelionei. Viešbutis įsikūręs pačioje miesto širdyje – Laisvės alėjoje, todėl visos pagrindinės lankytinos vietos, kavinės, restoranai ir kultūriniai objektai pasiekiami vos per kelias minutes pėsčiomis. Lokacija tikrai viena didžiausių šio viešbučio stiprybių. Kambariai ir bendrosios erdvės paliko labai gerą įspūdį – visur švaru, tvarkinga, jauku ir prižiūrėta. Matyti, kad viešbučio darbuotojai skiria daug dėmesio tvarkai ir svečių komfortui. Kambaryje buvo viskas, ko reikia patogiai viešnagei, o aplinka leido ramiai pailsėti po dienos mieste. Atskirai norisi pagirti personalą. Darbuotojai buvo mandagūs, paslaugūs ir profesionalūs, visada pasiruošę padėti bei suteikti reikiamą informaciją. Toks nuoširdus bendravimas sukuria malonią atmosferą ir leidžia jaustis laukiamam svečiui. Pusryčių pasirinkimas nėra labai gausus, tačiau tai puikiai kompensuoja produktų kokybė. Maistas buvo šviežias, skanus ir kokybiškas, todėl pusryčiai paliko gerą įspūdį. Kartais svarbiau ne kiekybė, o kokybė, ir šiuo atveju būtent taip ir buvo. Apibendrinant, tai tvarkingas, jaukus ir gerai prižiūrimas viešbutis puikioje Kauno centro vietoje. Jei ieškote patogios lokacijos, švaros, gero aptarnavimo ir ramaus poilsio miesto centre, šis viešbutis tikrai vertas rekomendacijos. Mielai apsistočiau čia dar kartą.
