"Overall a great holiday, we were there for a month"

Very convenient for walking our dog, quite good access to ski slopes, separate bedroom, pool and saunas, free outside parking.

Steps to slope weren’t cleared, very icy, cleaning of corridors not great. No wifi in rooms.

Cheap, not comfortable bed, bed linens broken and not serviced. Shower head attachment broken. Not even a hand soap is provided. Hot water was not working we had to ask for a technicinan to get it fixed.

"Never again - disgusting bed, linen, towels. No basic WiFi!"

1. It was near a bus stop 2. Small pool and tiny Hamman and sauna 3. Friendly staff who are aware that you shouldn’t pay 6 euros for a towel

This place is a hole. The bed was disgusting. The linen was disgusting. I’m surprised I wasn’t bitten by something. Who rates these places, where do yall stay? There is no toilet paper even, I mean come on! No wifi in 2025!!

"Good, nice company trip, maybe back next year but needs better communication"

unfortunately, I myself had a big leak in my room which no one came to ask me about. it was stale damp and dirty further in the room. 1 apartment did get exchanged where the leak came from, we did not get that question and we had just the over charge of water we had 8 apartments all with a shower head that didn't work properly. everything else about the apartment itself was good, swimming pool is top ! unfortunately you only called me. but not emailed me i had no coverage but apparently i still have to pay tourist tax. we would like to see how we can work this out with you.
