Sempre o atendimentos dos funcionários recepção, camareiras , café da manhã .

Colocaram nós num quarto pequeno não deram a mínima na conversa que tínhamos combinado dias antes da reserva , internet pessima , atendimento ao cliente horrível não culpo os funcionários mas sim a gestão que não tem a mínima noção de tratar o cliente bem .

O hotel oferece um bom café da manhã e sua localização permite ir a pé ao parque Beto Carrero. O ponto alto são as piscinas(aquecida e externa) que funcionam até tarde, permitindo relaxar após o parque.

Não tenho do que reclamar. Não é um hotel luxuoso, mas oferece bem o que se propõe.
