Très bel hôtel, propre avec des installations qui fonctionnent bien. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le Sentó disponible pour les usagers.

L'hôtel est un peu loin des attractions. Il faut prévoir un 30 minutes de marche ou de prendre un bus pour se rendre au centre de Sapporo. Le kombini le plus proche est lui aussi à plusieurs minutes de marche.

メニューが豊富で良かったです。

ご飯が機械で投入形態に変わっていたので、戸惑ってしまいました。そばで食事を取っていた方がヘルプして助かりました。機械形式の経験はありますが、久しぶりにここに泊まったので直ぐに気がつきませんでした。衛生的かもしれませんが、わかりやすいサインでもあると良かったですね。もう一点、大浴場でスリッパを間違えて履かれて行ってしまった。これは個人のモラルの問題ですが、ご自分で履いてきたスリッパの置き場所ぐらい覚えておいて欲しいものです。他人が履いたスリッパを履くというのも気分的に良いものではないですね。

無料の朝食が和洋折衷で、全て美味しかったです。大浴場はコンパクトでしたが朝の時間は誰もおらず、貸切でゆっくり入れました。女性風呂は施錠もしっかりされていて安心でした。

水道の圧が調整しづらく、強くなったり弱くなったりと少し不便でした。

静かで手入れが行き届いてると感じました。スタッフの方も明るく、笑顔で接してくださいました。

朝食付きのプランでしたが、メニュー数は多くなくても今のままでもいいかとは思いますがベーコンが冷えていて上の方は乾き始めていました… サラダの海藻類も乾いて歯応えがありました。 6:30からの朝食で私がいただいたのは6:45頃なので提供する前に用意することを踏まえても、暖かいものが食べられるといいなぁと思いました。白米もお米が古いのか、保温状態が長いのか古い香り、味がしました… せっかく素敵なホテルなのでもったいないなぁと思ってしまいました…,
