Waters Edge

This is a 2* budget hotel so don’t expect the Ritz. That said the host was lovely and friendly and every thing was spotless. I would stay again but perhaps in a different room. Price wise you can’t go wrong. Enjoy your stay. We did !

Very friendly and kind, loved Paul

Well situated guest house, really close to the south pier and Pleasure Beach. We booked a family apartment for one night at short notice and it was great for our needs.

Photo for the room wasn't same the photos online and we couldn't sleep every time we go to sleep there is a bad nois its really bad we didn't feel comfortable, every time the people on top of us using they toilets the noise come back. Also there was a socket bolug next the bad it was broken and burned. Not happy

The staff are friendly clean the bedroom was a good size walk able

We stayed in the apartment with sea view it was very cozy

The guest house was pergect location for south blackpool.and the pleasure beach. The fanily room fitted us perfectly too. My only 2 complaints are the apartment smelt really strongly of dogs and in the morning we were directly underneath the brealfast room which meant we were woke about 7.30 by moving chairs etc

Lovely family oriented place to stay everyone very friendly

very clean and ideally situated (5mins walk) from the waterpark and the fair/arcades.

Been before,host can’t do enough,room very clean and homely,will be returning in October
