部屋の掃除を簡易的にすると飲み物プレゼントあり。アルコールもOKで、帰宅後お部屋でゆっくりくつろげました。近くに飲食店も多くコンビニもあり、魅力的な場所でした。

駅からはなれており、車利用の方向けのロケーション。 共用風呂は快適でしたが、その後ボイラー故障。 後の方は残念でした。 食事は、豪華ではありませんが、満足でした。

とにかくコスパが素晴らしい！ 大浴場付、朝食付きで、駅近ホテルとの料金差は特筆モノ。 立地が新潟駅より離れるので、レンタサイクルなどの設定があると更にいいと思います。
