konum şahane, odalar ve yataklar çok konforlu ve çok geniş.. Aşağı yürüdüğünüzde daha turistik olan zincir mağazalar ve restoranlar olan büyük alışveriş caddesi Gran Via var, yukarı doğru yürüdüğünüzde lux markaların ve restoranların olduğu Salamanca- Serano bölgesi var. Binadan baktığınızda tam karşınızda tarihi postane binası ve biraz aşağısında da La Casa de Papel'in çekildiği İspanya Merkez Bankası yer alıyor. Çift banyo olması çok önemliydi. Şahane bir terası var.

Büyük banyodaki duş dışarı su sızdırıyor. Bir de su ısıtıcı olursa daha iyi olur.
