Die Lage des Hotels an der Mosel ist gut.

Erwartungen übers Internet als Hotelinfo wurden nicht erfüllt. Mängel bei den Zimmern ( defekte Fenster). Teures Hotel mit wenig Komfort für den Preis. Renovierungsstau. Wellness im Nachbarhaus. Gefühltes Misstrauen: Vorkasse gewünscht oder Kaution.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon war gigantisch. Direkter Blick auf Cochem und die Burg. Die Saunaanlage war sehr gut. Es gab täglich frische Handtücher und Bademäntel.

Die Möbel im Zmmer waren sehr alt und abgewohnt. Im Bad- ohne Fenster- funktionierte das Luftsystem nicht. Das Frühstück war ok, aber nicht besonders. Tee nur in Teebeuteln. Sehr laut im Speiseraum. Für das Angebot eindeutig zu hochpreisig.
